To Volusia County Ravens Perspective Sponsors:

The Ravens are very excited about our upcoming football season and the prospect of having you become one of our new sponsors. Our plan for 2009-2010 is to gain enough sponsorship to allow us to excel in building community relations through charitable donations and community events.

The Volusia County Ravens is currently seeking sponsorships for the upcoming 2009-2010 football season. Our goal for this season is obtain corporate sponsorships that will enable us to fulfill our quest for the Ravens to gain national and international recognition through our success on the field, our success as an organization, and fulfill our commitment to the local community.

Full Uniform Sponsor - who donate ^$5000 will receive as part of their advertising                   

     *   Company provided Corporate Patch - To be placed on Home AND Away Jersey    
     *   Two Page Color AD in all Home Game Programs
     *   Full color back cover of program or inside front cover
     *   Company Banner (any size within reason) to be displayed at all home and away games.
     *   20 season passes to home games

Corporate Sponsors  - who donate ^$2500 will receive the following

DONATION TO DEFRAY EQUIPMENT COST

The cost of uniforms and equipment are very expensive. Your pledge ensures that all our players and staff are equipped with the best and safest equipment and tools to us and helps the team maintain a professional appearance.

DONATION TO DEFRAY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES

The entire staff of The Volusia County Ravens consists of volunteers. As we all know, the cost of doing business grows each year. Our administrative expenses include travel, league fees, charter fees, insurance cost, field rental fees, etc.

SPONSORSHIP SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

AUDIO ANNOUNCEMENTS DURING GAME: As the game is played our announcer will mention your company name as part of the commentary according to your chosen sponsorship level.

GAME DAY BANNER: Game Day banner will be printed with your company name and logo. Banners will be placed prominently on the perimeter of the playing field to maximize exposure.
