Mr. Shavers was born in Daytona Beach, FL. Attended Spruce Creek Senior High, before graduating from Prestonsburg Senior High. He went on to be a two sport athlete at Kent State University earning Scholarships in Football (FS/WR) and Basketball (G), graduating with a MBA in Business Management, a BS in Marketing as wells as a degree in Sports Management. In 2006 Mr. Shavers Founded the National Independent Football League (NIFL) and served as President. He was licensed to serve as national scout/ recruiter for many colleges and professional organizations in 2006 a position he still occupy to this day.

As a player he has played semi pro football after college before knee injury derailed his career. He was invited to the Denver Broncos Training Camp in 2004. As a coach Mr. Shavers, has coach at the High School as well as the Semi Pro level for the last 9 years he has served as Head Coach Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator and Defensive Backs coach.
